Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into ¼ inch coins
- 1 ½ tbsp (22ml) vegetable oil
- tsp (5ml) of onion powder
- 1 tsp (5ml) of garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5ml) of paprika
- ¼ tsp (1ml) cumin (or chili powder)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. Combine oil and spices and toss the sweet potatoes in the oil mixture. Spread sweet potatoes out in the prepared sheet. Roast for 15 minutes. Flip over. Continue roasting for another 15 minutes or until cooked through.
