Grilled Bulls-Eye
- 2 eggs
- 2 pieces whole wheat bread
- 1 slice cheese
- 2 tsp (10ml) soft margarine
Directions:
1. Cut a hole in the center of each piece of bread using a glass, glass jar, or cookie cutter. Spread margarine over the bread.
2. Place both pieces of bread on the pan. Crack eggs and drop one into each hole in the center of the bread and increase heat to medium. Cook egg to your liking, take bread off pan and let cool. Put cheese slice in-between slices of bread. Place in microwave for 30 seconds or under the grill to melt cheese.
