The website includes lots of practical tips to help you strive towards meeting the serving recommendations in each of the 4 food groups. There are lots of meal and snacks ideas, as well as information on meal planning and grocery shopping.
You can also make your own personalized version of the food guide, by clicking on “Create My Food Guide” on the website. This is a great activity to do with kids, as they can make their own food guide that includes only the healthy foods that they enjoy eating.
